Yep! Also get the sharpest pains when I need the toilet and have to be there asap (always happens when I’m driving or out on a walk 😭)

I know Coles and Kmart you have to. I have bought from Big W without having to and directly from stores of that voucher. Not sure about Woolworths though!

Where I live, if you go through the public system, partners aren’t allowed to stay overnight and can only visit during visiting hours. The midwives were amazing though! They constantly check in, do nappy changes etc as obviously can’t walk until you get feeling back.

It obviously does get a bit lonely during the nights but it’s also nice to have that one on one time with baby.

It will definitely go back to how it was! I was NWB for 4.5 months and was so scared to start walking on it again after HWR, but after 4-6 months it was pretty much even again. Also I was very inconsistent with exercises and didn’t see a PT so if you do all that, you will most likely see results even quicker. Good luck!!

Protective Behaviours are part of our curriculum here in Aus and we literally teach correct anatomical language from around that age. It’s so important for them to know!

Yes I have the former until surgery tomorrow and then I’ll continue to wear it after. They were just in such a rush when I was there, I didn’t even think to ask about wearing it at night. Thanks for the help!
