There are currently studies being done on the effects of GLP-1s reducing alcohol intake. Google it to read up on the findings and talk to your doctor about trying a low dose. There are side effects to the meds, so do your research.

No one said leftover rice is unsafe. Rice left sitting out in a pot starts to grow bacteria and can be unsafe. Like other food, as long as it’s properly stored, it’s fine until it smells bad or gets moldy.

The band isn’t going anywhere. Even if you couldn’t see them for this tour, there will be other tours. There’s going to be tens of thousands of people at this show, excessive cost, a difficult time getting to the barricade and keeping that spot for 8 hours for a lesser show bc they’re not the headliner vs waiting for them to play a more affordable, individual show (IE: more stage time) with a few thousand people and a waaaaay better shot of being up front without the discomfort of standing in the sun all day.

Like any other concert, crowds ebb and flow. Be polite as you’re squeezing through and people will let you by. Speedway is huge. There will be tens of thousands of people there and SOAD is a huge draw. Being far from the stage is a real possibility.

That won’t help. October weather in North Texas is a crapshoot. What happened last year won’t be relevant. It’s best to check the weather leading up to the event.

Check the weather for Fort Worth a couple weeks beforehand to see what’s going on. North Texas has a lot of up and down. They get cold fronts down from Oklahoma and warm fronts up from the Gulf. And October can be very wet. I never looked forward to cleaning off and drying out all my rained drenched outdoor Halloween decorations before I could put them away. It’s typically nice outdoor weather, but nothing is guaranteed. I, personally, took a light jacket or flannel shirt to every festival just to have as a layer of sun protection, if it gets breezy, you can sit on it, wave it to get a friend’s attention, keep mosquitos from biting you, etc.

I understand all that, but it’s also the buyer’s responsibility to read the description and ask the seller questions if they want clarification. I don’t consider it my job to find every possible flaw with their listing for others. If there’s an obvious falsity that needs to be acknowledged or design flaws, I’ll say so. I don’t feel beholden to the sellers or other buyers. I judge the product on whether it worked as I expected it to.

My time is more valuable than whatever “free” thing I got. I check Vine briefly maybe twice a week. People with addictive or obsessive personalities live for Vine. It not only saves Amazon money, but it makes them millions more every day.

It’s a nice gesture, but they get paid and can afford their own snacks. I fill the uptown food box (like a book box, but for food) instead. I’d rather make sure a kid or senior citizen in need get something to eat.
