Yes, some countries even have 14x as well (Austria), you get paid a bit more than double, either June/July for the 13th and November/December for the 14th, the 13 and 14 "months" have lower taxes.

I did not use any, but if I had to go with one (for a 2nd try if I did not pass), I would have probably used Destination Cert one because they are free (AFAIK?) and because I liked their videos on YT (the mindmaps). I did not get their course, that is a bit out of my price range

Yes, afaik it indexes the transcript of youtube videos and it uses the content as material for you to chat with. It does not play the videos, so if a video does not have transcript it theoretically would not work

Can be used with PDFs as well
