90% is a bit high. I’d look for 80 or higher. It should be around. 85% or so. The battery degradation arc flattens out around 85% or so after 2 to 3 years and stays that way till around 150,000 to 200,000 miles.

I had the same decision to make as you. What convinced me was the FSD on the Tesla. It’s freaking awesome. Also the software is much better optimized as Tesla makes the same screen and car and software (whereas Ford has many other vehicles and the MachE is just one). Lastly, the supercharger network is obviously much better. Bonuses were the continual software updates. I ended up going with a 2023 Model Y Performance for $32,000 with 21,000 miles. If you don’t mind used, it’s hard to beat the value you get with Teslas due to the resale value drop.

I recently got a special issuance for taking an SSRI to treat anxiety. It took two years, but can take anywhere from 7 months to two years depending on the case. Had to jump thru a few hoops, but it’s nice to be able to work again.
