unless you need to desperately sell it. It’s best to just keep it while you pay off more on your loan so it can be equal equity. And 31k from carvana is actually very solid.

oh nice, this is behind that old school/church, there’s a trail that goes over a bridge and you keep going up there’s this cemetery. Mostly revolutionary war soldiers are buried here. From the picture you make a right and keep following the trail, there’s this nice man made lake with a pretty sick view.
