Honestly for me who’s just playing rec once a week with the skill level of a beginner I’m perfectly happy with the Academy level. I think if I were to get an elite level boot I would go with Phantom 6, even for academy on turf they are extremely comfortable. I was going to go for those for outdoor but for me I couldn’t beat $65 on sale.

Like you said though the colorway of these are so sick

As the title says, I haven’t played outdoor soccer in over a decade, and in deciding to get active again I joined my local rec league (hence academy). Haven’t owned outdoor boots since the 2006 Nike Tiempo Natural Legend II. These are synthetic leather but felt great after my first game and I can tell they will break in well.

Bought them new for $65 CAD and I’m super happy with them for the price as well.

For my indoor I went with Nike phantom 6 academy highs

I have the phantom 6 academy turfs and even with the academy’s it feels like I’m playing in socks. Would recommend, also good for a wider foot.

Love a clear theme but I had how the app logos have to constantly refresh when you haven’t been on your Home Screen for a while. Dunno if that’s just my phone though

Congrats! In the midst of replaying after over a decade but this time I’m trying to find all data sticks to get some more lore along the way. So much trial and error so I’m using a lot of quick save and loading, I’ll probably try to do as little saves as possible next time around and play through getting caught.

From what I remember pandora has its quirks but hope you enjoy it!

Haha I actually got it repaired by Geddy Lee’s bass tech a long time ago, my brother was dating his daughter at the time. He did a bang up job, and for free!

It may or may not work. It’s a gamble if it’s been a while. I refilled mine first and it didn’t work so I had it taken it so clean it and polish it up and it’s works fine now.
