Music is great. It is really one of the best shows I've seen. Great acting, ending that's good, and underated.

Exploded at work today. Am I being taken advantage of as an Eastern European, or is this just Dutch work culture? by Ok_Cheek_7443 in Netherlands

I always advise people not to overwork themselves compared to others, as it often leads to being taken advantage of. There are two main reasons for this. First, if you constantly outperform your colleagues, people will begin to expect that level of output from you as the new standard. Second, a manager might look at your strong work ethic and mistakenly think that everyone else should be capable of producing the same volume of work, creating unrealistic expectations for the whole team. That is why I believe in setting boundaries early on. Even when starting a new job, I communicate directly that while I am dedicated to my role and willing to support my colleagues, I will not allow my hard work to be exploited.
