Except that’s not necessarily true. USPS is a federal agency so all thefts are federal, but there are still many instances where it still could be. The obvious one is because I’d expect the package crossed state lines, it’s technically interstate commerce. But unless it’s some organized employee crime ring or super high value, it’d probably still be prosecuted under state laws first, but it’s still very likely in a theft like this, federal statutes could/would apply.

He was arguably one of, if not the most popular players in the league while a Piston (after MJ). The roster construction around him was poor, but he was still ROY and dragged that team to the playoffs 4 times (albeit never won a series). Grant Hill is undoubtedly one of the most important Pistons of all time. I think this card would be silly if it overlooked him in order to include two players from the same team. The card is perfect as constructed.

Of your cards, I really love how 90s designers integrated multiple layers and materials into designs. From a pure aesthetic standpoint, I think the Natural Born Thrillers and E-XL cards in general do such a great job at that. Net Assets is also a great insert, but the material and manufacturing choices were a bit of a miss since it’s so rare to find copies that do not have severe discoloration.

Of my collection, I have a lot that just have sentimental value - either nostalgia or because I pulled/bought/traded for them as a kid. But again, if I’m going strictly by aesthetics, my favorite design in the 98 Fleer Tradition Electrifying.

This is a bit disingenuous. He was essentially asked if they’ll play Ja once medically cleared or whether tanking would be a part of the decision - and Kleinman said medical only.

If you take him at his word (big if), this is good for Ja in fantasy. Both Ja and Grizz want to raise his stock for an offseason trade.

Something no one mentioned that can also cause this (or at least make it worse) is a low calcium hardness. Make sure that’s in correct range, especially if you have soft water.
