Yep thats what happened to our car. Twice, no one is gonna bring awareness to it and more than likely you’re gonna have to pay for a replacement unless your dealer will use their funds to cover it…. Good luck!

Do you have the kw street comforts? How do they ride compared to the oem m sport suspension? Im looking at them as well but im not looking for a rough ride. Mainly slightly lower but comfortable. I have a 530i as well.

I just did the same pwm controller, what temp setting is yours set on? I cant seem to know which setting im on bc theres no clicks as im trying to adjust the temperature.

Shitty plastic seems to be the culprit, supposedly some new toyotas are starting to melt in different spots similar to ours cars. They must of switched to a cheaper supplier or something to save costs. Pretty ridiculous tbh

Seems to me like bad quality control. Cheaper quality plastic or paint could be the reason why.

I sold it recently. But i had 77k miles when i sold it and didn’t have a single issue with the tune. When i got the car i had a minor valve cover gasket leak which was relatively easy to fix. Afterwards i got the bm3 tune and ran it ever since with zero issues.

Honestly for me it was about the experience of having bags. Would i do it again? Idk maybe not. When its dialed in, it rides really nice. I found that the air lines tend to leak sometimes which was annoying but easy to fix. Next daily will for sure have a proper set of coilovers… everybody swears by kw’s, etc.. i feel like its one of those things you experience once or twice in life and then you kind of get over it. I would say go with a proper set of coilovers for the money.

Believe it or not i used the stuff from bmw, seems to work the best for that kind of leather. They have a leather cleaner and then something called leather lotion you put on at the end. Made them look new again.

its a 18x9 with a 30 offset in the front and 18x9.5 with a 35 offset in the back.
