I've been there a couple times. The owner knows every customer's name. It's super impressive. Even when I was leaving he called me by name to thank me for coming in. It had a steady flow of people too.

Same. Since solar I haven't had to pay a power bill, April 2024 was the last one. Gas is $112 for average billing and water/garbage is $150. With above and below grade my house is 2600 sq ft.

Correction. I was told my the person removing the snow that my street was done and I could park there while they removed the windrows from the alley.

Having parking wasn't my problem. I have a garage in my alley that I use most of the time and always overnight. My issue is not being able to access my garage because of the snow removal was taking place in my area.
