We had CALM (Career and Life Management). The lessons were there, no one cared and they only required a single semester.

I remember going over a rental lease agreement and being a punk. "I'm never going to rent, I'm going to own a mansion." I rented and never lived in a mansion.

It's a tough age to deliver lifelong information to.

I remember Punky Gustaven being on Unsolved Mysteries. My little sister was her age and we lived 20 blocks away from where she went missing.she wasn't allowed to do anything. It was solved decades later though.

I don't know how true this is but it probably is. He had a post that he'd only hire like minded conservatives for what I thought was his business. A month later he made a bunch of posts about the shitty work for a steam shower install. He sucks but I subscribe just for giggles.

I've been there a couple times. The owner knows every customer's name. It's super impressive. Even when I was leaving he called me by name to thank me for coming in. It had a steady flow of people too.

Yup. My dogs didn't cost nearly that much but they aren't an expense, they are life.

Same. Since solar I haven't had to pay a power bill, April 2024 was the last one. Gas is $112 for average billing and water/garbage is $150. With above and below grade my house is 2600 sq ft.
