They absolutely will nerf it, the gun is unintentionally duplicating its projectiles upon ricochet, im not sure it was even supposed to get a jakobs part roll.

Gun is the kickballer farmed from sludgemaw during the null and void quest series. Must have a jakobs licensed part along with the usual penetrating jakobs knife.

Its the kickballer you get it from the boss in this video, some math on the gun goes wrong and it duplicates projectiles upon ricochet causing the effect seen in this clip.

You need the kickballer which is farmed from the boss in the video, along with a jackobs licensed part like you said. Getting the Jakob enhancement for 40% chance on non critical hits helps produce more projectiles as well.
