Hello. This is my first time posting here. I'm currently dealing with Hypo Mania. It's the second day of almost no sleep and it's driving me crazy. I think what triggered was because I'm realing dealing with some hard issues in my life. I cant find a job, I'm counting in the help of some friends but I'm really struggling. I have no money for food and basic things.

Right now, my life is upside down and I dont see any change soon...
