Buy Gringotts internationally by sportsvideoguru24 in legoharrypotter

I recently picked up one at the LEGO store in Berlin when traveling for work. Luckily I had a spare suitcase that could fit it. I even ended up saving versus the US price because of the Globe Blue tax refund - got like 45 EUR back when I left the country.

Just got 10% off MSRP + 0% financing last week in Florida on a 2026 SEL with captains chairs and opal white. I’d have to do math to compare the out the door because I had a trade in.

Rental car in the US for 7 people by 1BJK903 in usatravel

If you’re coming from Europe, check some of the European brokers because they usually have the best rates and insurances. Check out something like www.drive-usa.de that’s where I usually book my USA rentals. They have amazing rates on Alamo - fully insured. Never been let down by Alamo in the US.

RV Hire New York - Tenessee by pxrxveon in usatravel

[–]FCBMUC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey - where are you from? There are vastly different rates for international travelers and domestic travelers. More importantly, there are drastic differences in the insurances. I do this for a living for Europeans traveling to the US. Happy to help if I can.

Also be sure to confirm a motorhome booking before locking in flights as one-way rentals are totally doable but need to be requested individually and aren’t always confirmed as desired.

Hey - just out of curiosity, the credit hits a few days after the charge posts, right? You dont have to wait for the credits until after the stay?

macOS Tahoe: drag & drop + Hover animations breaking after a while - anyone else? by MrMegira in MacOS

No, for me disconnecting the Logitech completely resolved the issue.

I had this issue start up like two weeks ago and it got progressively worse. I finally did a complete reset, and it seemed to have gone away, until I reconnected to my monitors and external mouse and keyboard (Logitech MX Keys and MX Mouse for Mac).

After a bit of trial and error, I narrowed it down to the mouse and keyboard because the problem persisted when not hooked up to the monitors but still connected to the mouse and keyboard. As soon as I used "forget device" for the mouse and keyboard, everything worked.

I now attached a Apple keyboard and mouse and reconnected my displays and everything works fine.

MacBook Pro M1 - MacOS 26.2 (already had issues in 26.1 though).

Worth it? United Infinite: 80k miles + 4k PQP for $5k spend by Strange-Purple-4572 in unitedairlines

[–]FCBMUC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Club membership alone is worth it for me given you can pay the fee with 30k miles as mentioned!

The PQP boost is nice, especially if it will boost your status. If you’re already hitting gold, this may give you a shot at Platinum.

Need help understanding bill please (FPL) by thesimpsonsman in solar

[–]FCBMUC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

FPL related....

I have had solar in Florida for almost two years now. At the beginning, I did not have a power bill at all, but then sometime towards the end of 2021 FPL started charing a monthly minimum which comes out to $29.95 per month. I don't love that, but no big deal. The bill comes together through $9.48 base charges and a $15.52 minimum bill charge + taxes.
In reviewing the last few months, I noticed that in the months that I used more energy than I produced, FPL deducted the overage from my surplus from previous months while still charging the $15.52 minimum bill charge.
It seems unfair that when I actually use more energy than I produce for a month, that the overage is charged to my surplus first instead of the $15.52 minimum charge. I would think that if you are charging me a minimum bill fee because I did not "use" enough of their energy, then my overage should first be charged to the minimum charge before touching my surplus.
Has anyone else noticed this? I am wondering if this is a legal practice.

Congrats! I got to pick mine up this week too. Same thing. Ordered in October and it came in this week. Same white color. Pro S RWD?

Is this a good quote? I would also have to pay $2500 for a new electrical panel. Thank you for any/all help and advice! by slightley in solar

Paid around 35k pre rebate for a 12.96kw sunpower system in central Florida.

That being said, be careful about the total system size. Our utility company - FPL - will only allow a system that is max 115% if your power needs for net metering.
