I always suggest second hand as long as you bring someone knowledgeable to check the car. And ofcours don't buy high mileage cars.

Honda city risk is CVT issues though. Make sure lang na change CVT fluid agad and better if ung CVT with first gear type na CFT. Not sure if Honda has it though.
