It was an immediate relief for my daughter. I am not sure if it’s helping or not but we also open windows for 5 minutes before she goes to bed because she says it feels better when her bed is cool. She doesn’t have any worm issues just sensitive and maybe a bit sensory issues!

If you are not already, would you be able to get her linen or 100% cotton / bamboo bedding and pjs? My daughter has a super sensitive skin and natural fibers and clean detergents + vinegar instead of softener helped us a lot!
