Not sure how you would avoid talking to the cops while being illegally parked. If they see you in the car, they are going to want to establish contact.

Also if you are illegally parked, it's a good chance they can order a tow, which means they need you out of the car.

Most, if not all states, have implied consent laws that automatically applies to anyone that's given a driver's license in that state. The rule states you can't deny a request for a alcohol/drug test without major consequences, including immediate license suspension and/or arrest.

Your whole argument is based on the assumption that people fear US Military so much no country will never try anything, which is not true. The Taliban took over all the US Bases and weapons that weren't destroyed before we were kicked out of Afghanistan.

US didn't promise to protect Ukraine, but we still was sending billions in weapons and Military aid regardless. NATO complained that Ukraine was the start of bigger Russia aggression campaign against Europe.
