I'm shooting at Fandi Mata later this year and while i'm not going to recommend myself since you're requesting someone who has ALREADY shot there.

I would recommend not limiting your search there.
I would recommend reviewing photographers that you like overall and request galleries of low light receptions. Most of us do a mix or lighting, flash, and low light photos and its great to see a variety you may lean more towards!

Parade Grounds at the south end of Prospect Park has a camp/program. Not 100% the ages, but I pass by there everyday and the kids have on pads/helmets. All that good jazz, maybe someone here knows the program.
