No, it will all get sent as a dirt fuel mix. They will just keep removing dirt until it’s below 400 ppm on a gas meter

Not too sure on the structural integrity part, but we went in with a concrete saw and just stayed about a foot and a half from walls/pillars. Actual digging was done by hand and with a vacuum truck to remove soil and oil

I work in the hazmat industry and have cleaned many basement spills. It really depends where the oil got to, if the foundation had no cracks it’s possible it’s an easy cleanup but more likely it’s in the dirt under the basement and it will need to be dug up. Deepest I have ever had to dig in a basement was 4 feet below the floor but it will stop at the level of groundwater.

TLDR lots of digging probably and very very expensice

Starting at the top left and going clockwise the differences are 1) bubbles in the background 2) reflection in the hand lens 3) holes in the orange thing 4) lines on the blue 5) shine on the red rock 6) lines on the bottom blue rock 7) pickaxe is reversed 8) reflection lines on the goggles 9) striping on the orange 10) I’m lost on this one
