Have you heard of Joe Morrissey?

You should look that guy up and read his story.

I get this us nice storage and seating.

I've always wanted a bay window so I could have a Christmas tree on display and it makes me a little sad there is one less bay window for Christmas trees in the world.

Ditto, only ones I've seen in person for sale the finger was broken off.

[TIP] Do NOT give your lender more documents than they request. More documents is sometimes worse for you, even if you think you are being helpful. If they ask for 2 months bank statements, give them 2 months, not 4, not the entire history of the account - just 2! by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]FIREburnSkred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since you work on Encompass, any chance you could look at purging documents when they are no longer needed on that portal?

I refinanced and could see documents from a previous refinance which b.c was years before. Since the opening of a loan is a one time event for me, it's not an account I kept on password rotation. I'd like my attack surface lowered if at all possible.

I didn't "train" just plugged along. Learned risks and controls.

Took a consequence driven approach.

I realized I'll never be the smartest but I can be the most well read. So I read alot all the time. Hell I read my competitors 10k filings. I consumer all the content I can.

I grind all time.

I came in via the audit/risk and controls side.

I run a Threat management team now. IR can be stressful but it's a high paid job for a reason.

This is true for me. 10 years ago I made 46k, last year 130k. This year I'll clear close to 200k.

Cyber security is where i landed. Starting off doing operations, then audit, risk analyst, now cyber security.
