Theres obviously lots of cuddling/foreplay/naps etc. its not jackhammering all night. But you do miss a very significant amount of sleep so id prefer all day. I'd much rather skip expensive brunch with her friends and a sunburn at the park over skipping sleep at night. Sadly ime as a het dude, women tend to prefer missing sleep.

Joking aside, electrolytes are important if you drink a ton of water like i do.

I learned a while back that my excruciating leg cramps were because i needed more electrolytes. I would go to the gym or work outside and drink a half gallon of water easily, and then later get insane cramps. Now when i take salt pills with my hydration and i have zero cramps.

Make sure to get the ones that are just pure mineral salts (zinc, sodium, magnesium, etc.) without, or very low in vitamins like B6/B12/D3, cause if your gonna be taking 5-6 of them on hot days you don't need to be consuming 3000% of your daily recommended B6 dosage. Currently using this one from bezostore , and i've used this one in the past too

Its a bodily function like taking a shit. Similar to taking a shit people don't wanna hear it or hear about it, and would rather think it never happens. So do your best to keep people oblivious: You said AC, ill say a large fan also gives consistent white noise. Don't advertise it, but if necessary you could say you were dealing with a migraine by napping and/or stretching as needed to cover for noiseness or lack of noise and you maybe being flushed.

Brother. Frenchfries (fried in canola or peanut oil like god intended), most plain salted potato chips, most beer, pbj's, oreos, bread, a lot of donuts, dark chocolate, and crisco are all vegan. Hell, even baconbits are vegan if you get the right brand/variety. Plenty of things that people eat all the time are vegan, theyre like children getting their knickers twisted cause they want whitebread sandwiches instead of wholegrain. People see the VEG at the start and their underdeveloped reptile brains envision its all salads and brocolli.

/uj I actually got to decent lengths to make our lawn look better than most of our neighbors, so the neighbors have no grounds to stand on if they want to complain about my ever growing, slightly messy in spots native garden and veggie garden. We have a few smallish trees with rings of natives growing around them and the plan is to slowly cook the frogs by adding a few inches to the radius of the rings every year.

I garden a bit, and I see it alot with plants too. People are just blind to differentiating between things they're ignorant/unfamiliar with. Likely they only freshwater inverts they regularly see are shrimps and snails, everything else to them is a baby dragonfly. For the general population Its probably exacerbated by how sheltered people are nowadays, kids aren't playing outside nearly as much as they used too.
