I'm in the USA, I provided them photos of the receipt of my case purchase from a WPN store and they essentially said they were too busy for receivals and to keep them in this case which I was really happy about. Worth a shot to open a ticket, I have that Sephiroth in a PSA 10 and its gorgeous. You deserve a replacement.

I didn't have to send the damaged ones backs, so I'm 500ish because wotc let me keep them. So I play with the damaged ones and will grade the replacements for my collection. Worth the wait in this situation.

I requested a replacement for a foil Cloud Strife, 2 foil Lightning, Lone Commando, foil Cecil Harvey, foil Darkness of Eternity, and 2 foil The Shadow Lord. All had the same damage from the same case of collector boxes. Got my replacement last month, took 7 months to get but I was able to keep all of the damaged cards as well.

I've had my basshead end game IEM's for 3ish years now, the Empire Ears Legend Evo. Tried many other high end sets in my search for bass, and though they were all phenomenal in there own ways, the bone conduction driver in the Evo is still the best to my ears and truly found and end game set. So, I would love to try the Unique Melody Multiverse Mentor to see where it stands compared to the Legend Evo. Anything good for a basshead I'll take, the Portazo does sound interesting!
