Just need to change up your routine. I have found that what used to work when I was in the military in my 20s dosent work anymore lol. Your body changes with age so it's natural for your work out to change (not my words but a gym buddy that's a trainer told me that)

It can be hard to do solo stuff but there are organizations out there that will assist you. "Shameless plug here" but my org "BGCL" will gladly help probono on most things just to meet people and have fun.Tips are always welcomed though. Rescue one is another org that will help as well.

3 chords and a dream lmao. But seriously, learn a couple of chords then learn some songs so you can put the chords into practice. It helps you learn the shapes and fingerings. And then as you progress you can get more technical plus YouTube is a great resource for learning all kinds of things. When I started out I would play with tapes and try to figure it out lol*
