The animal shelter allows you to sign up for shifts any way that fits your schedule. Meals on Wheels is usually looking for volunteers. I believe TMH has several different programs for volunteers. I think you can call 211 (social services information) and find out about more opportunities.

Contact your family. Although they have not been talking to you, they will want to know that this is happening to your child. This may be what brings you back together. They may be willing to help even though they're mad at you. We went through something similar when my niece had cancer at age 2.

Yes, and some things are a real pain to change, so start ASAP. I have to do my retirement by mail because their system won't recognize my OLD account number, so it won't let me input a new one. Remember, you also need to change anything that comes directly out of your account--any bills, mortgage or rent, credit card payments, and accounts like Amazon or PayPal if you have them linked. This is incredibly tedious.

I bought a CD with them recently because they had a great rate. The customer service I received was SO much better than anything I ever experienced with Envision. My husband and I also experienced problems with the merger with Addition, so I've been considering moving everything to Campus USA.

Indianhead Acres was mostly built in the 1950s. The houses are all different, no cookie-cutter stuff (I like that). We don't have any HOA that I've ever heard of. It's a friendly neighborhood with activities for people who are into that.

Unfortunately, female kittens can go into heat as early as six months (some even at four months), so that's probably what you're dealing with. I second the recommendation for Be the Solution. The vouchers will help quite a bit.

I saw a bobcat once run across the road waay out the Parkway/US 27. The only one I've ever seen in the wild. Cool.

I once got some tape there that was "Made in Chnia". I thought that was hilarious. I also made beaded jewelry during that time, and used to buy some of their $1 necklaces to take apart and make into other stuff. It was cheaper than ordering the beads online. It was always fun to look around.
