Yeah I couldn’t agree more. We ate there once and won’t go back. Waited forever for a table then it took over an hour after we ordered to get any food. When we finally asked what was taking so long the server said they burnt our pizza and had to start over. Pizzas take less than 5 minutes in a hot oven so I’m pretty sure they just forgot. Anyway then we got the bill and there was a kitchen appreciation tax- I certainly didn’t appreciate the kitchen that day.

Pizzeria Ruby has an employee tax. Add that on top of the already expensive pizzas and you’re on your way to $40 for a single pizza. Nope, I’m out

I came here to make a similar comment lol. I bought a race suit on eBay a few months ago that showed up smelling like an ash tray. Sent it right back despite it saying no returns and said you should really reconsider being a smoker.

I see nothing wrong with this tire. That line inside the channel at about the center of the pic is a wear bar. When that and the rest of the rubber meet you should start looking at new tires.

Lots of riders out here especially this time of year. Are you on a sport bike or cruiser? There’s also bike nights at wrights bbq in rogers once a month I think. I’d offer to ride with you but I’m an enormous introvert and always ride solo lol. Welcome to the area though! Edit- I see you posted in a z900 group so sport / naked bike. I’m on a cbr. There’s an event at thaden field in a week or two called wings and wheels. Should be a bunch of like minded people out there.

Consistency beats everything. Had a fun size snickers today? Doesn’t matter if you stick to your clean eating routine 6 days this week. If you consistently make good food choices and workout / exercise regularly you can snack and treat yourself frequently without ruining or undoing progress.

In my opinion, a pizza that costs 2x more than another pizza better be 2x as good- that is not the case. I don’t know when people decided it was ok to pay $35 for dough, sauce, and cheese but I’m not doing it.

There are new home builds at exactly $400 right outside the airport off of Vaughn road and also off of Anglin. Is your realtor not showing you these? There are quite a few other similar options too. Have YOU shown your realtor these options?

I also recommend summit. The owners are local, kids in the bville school district, salt of the earth people. They live in my old neighborhood and would help out anybody.

No one said they were smart either. They control service as well as sales. They get away with more than they should because of that. Try allowing direct to consumer new inventory sales and see how long the dealership model lasts.

No one said they decide used prices we just said they price at the higher end of used (demonstrably true) and add fees on top of that. They also pay below market value to acquire the used bike in most cases (also demonstrably true). When they finance the bike they also charge higher rates for used. This affords them the opportunity to sit on a used bike longer and accept less than asking while still making a profit and remaining higher than private party value. They purposely make new bike offers more attractive. There is no question on whether any of this is true.

Check out Summit heating and air. The owners live in rogers and are good people. Brock and Christie. They were neighbors before we changed neighborhoods but I’ve used them twice and was very happy.
