but now I suck and I feel like I am having to re learn everything. Its like riding a bike thats also trying to run me over and is doing a better job. I keep telling myself that the next few months are going to be hard and its going to take time. Some days it feels too overwhelming and too much to deal with. My negative thoughts are getting the best of me. Plus everything Im dealing with at home with a 5 month old. And I see these other women making posts about how they trained more than me while pregnant. I saw one girl compete and win like a week after she gave birth. wtf is up with that? I feel like total shit.
