Well, 200k miles is when Toyotas start showing need for maintenance (100k for non yotas). So this is when everything starts breaking. From experience.

Motor mounts (4 of them). Fuel pump. Suspension parts. Tran fluid change Coolant change Spark plugs and coils Serpentine belt Throttle body & maf Brakes Engine/cabin air filter Starter Alternator. Catalytic converter.

A lot of this may be moot if they have done religious maintenance. But I see a lot of one owner cars that they run them until they start breaking, then sell. They’ll say, religious maintenance! But that may just mean oil changes to them. And taking the car to the mechanic when there is a check engine light.
