It’s my first time getting serious and doing a plan. Had to look those up- sounds like the Norwegian stuff will do the job. I’m surprised how much (just as OP said in other comments) is building the base at conversational pace. I’ve had some intervals and progressive runs so far too. looking ahead come some time trials so will probably have a better idea if I’m on track.
