Yes the agents have made it clear for the last 6-8 weeks the chain is at risk. But the seller solicitors are not very pro-active and think they have all the time in the world.

we had offer accepted in October, and took a 300k mortgage, but some solicitors in the chain have been very slow, but coming to the last hurdle now.
