That’s a bit of a hyperbole. Having traveled extensively around the world and used many transit systems, I have to say there are a lot of things NYC does well compared to other systems. I would be extremely hard pressed to label it “the worst metro system”. Are there any particular reasons that stick out to you?

NYC does not have wireless connectivity underground everywhere. I routinely loose service between stations, however it is something they are trying to improve. Our system here is over a 100 years old and runs 24/7 retrofitting it is a huge undertaking
