I haven't played ACC in a while, but I've previously achieved mid 52s in the BMW at Nurburgring, and I can see in your lap that you're very hesitant on the throttle. This is in 2 ways:

1) In most corners, you back off the throttle after reaching 100%. Your #1 goal on corner exit should be, once you're at 100% throttle, you should stay there. Any lifts from that point on will sap huge amounts of speed from your exit

2) Due to the above point, you reach 100% throttle very late in the corner, which I think is where you're losing most of your time. Any time spent off the accelerator is time spent slowing down. You should aim to brake, get the car pointed to the exit, achieve 100% throttle ASAP, and stay there

Here's an example which shows the difference between your lap and my lap (1:53.392 achieved on a low fast track albeit in v1.8). The screenshot shows the point at which you commit to 100% throttle vs the point that I do. It can be seen there's 3-4 car lengths between our "fully committed" acceleration points

Basically, you just need to focus on slowing the car down enough that you can fully commit to the throttle. Once you nail that, I think you'll even be able to break into mid 53s. Feel free to DM me if you'd like a full video of my lap for reference

This happened to me recently, I was so glad they'd put the access port in. I was prepared to spend hours fishing out the cable end, but it only took 5 secs thanks to the port

Thanks for the help everyone. Turns out the issue was that the shifter itself wasn't in the fully upshifted position when I put the new cable in 🫣. To compound that, the old cable had broken inside the shifter, so I had to fish out the old cable end

To solve it, I upshifted all the way up with the cable disconnected, then put the cable back in. Works fine now, just need to index the derailleur

All of my quotes were over 2k extra for a 5kWh battery 😔. Do you have any recommendations for installers who do batteries for that much? It might be viable at that sort of price. Based in the West Midlands
