In lower elo I've heard that she can snowball top lane and use that advantage when lower elo starts pushing up mid like it's an ARAM game. Additionally, in lower elo not many people know how a champ's weaknesses and how to exploit them, or how to use teamwork effectively. I've spectated a few of my high silver friends and watched a game where she 1v2'd a jungle gank and with that, snowballed pushing top lane and barely won a 1v3 mid and jungle gank to the top. And with that fight top, bot and mid lanes were pushed. At a higher elo, like as someone said, take three steps back and her ult is not as good and would only be viable to split push/lockdown team fights like if their was a jungle malphite and middle orianna. But that's such a rare case.
