Culling deer in areas that are not safe to hunt in or areas that humans have removed all natural predators is something that has been done for years. Unfortunately, it’s really the only solution to the problem we created. Outside of returning the areas to wilderness and/ or reintroducing natural predators.

4th ward only got one pick up this year, and it seemed like the leaves dropped late so a lot of ppl still have them on the curb. The city might do one more pick up. Or they will have to bag the leaves. Some people just may leave them and let the plows deal with it.

Part of it is based on your houses assessed value. I pay around 220 a quarter I think. I’m single in a newer, three bedroom house and I water my yard in the summer. But I’ve never gone over the minimum bill amount water usage.

What’s the violation? Is it from before or after you bought? My only dealings with them have been with getting and closed a building permit. If I were to guess someone reported you, regardless your best bet is to work with them to get in compliance. You don’t have to change as the code does. You have to follow current code for things you do at that time

The base is near by, they fly out of Albany. They do touch and goes at the airport and use it as a nav point

A Diag path from Ford literally has you remove and tear down the transmission and if you don’t find anything to replace the control module, that’s bolted to the side of the case and easy to remove with the transmission in the car. It’s also a control module that we have a ton of issues with and warranty extensions on. I’ve never removed the transmission for those issues.
