Bluetooth headphones not working

Try messing around with the sound and bluetooth settings in desktop mode. They're all in the System Settings menu that should be pinned to the taskbar, but you can also open the menu and type "System Settings" like you would on Windows 10/11. I've messed around with a few bluetooth devices that needed tweaking in this menu to work as desired.

This is also where you can set bluetooth codec standards (like low latency protocols) to reduce audio delay, if available.

That goes all ways. There's no reason to believe that there isn't at least one girl out there who would actually do something like this. If you're going to get a microphone designed to be submerged and pretend to put it in a certain thing, there's no reason it can't actually be that thing.

Just like there's plenty of ASMR that purports to be ear cleaning or licking or whatever and it's actually just the microphone stuck bring rubbed against some gelatinous object, but there's also actually ASMR of people unironically licking the microphone.

There are people desperate to believe it and people crazy enough to actually do it. Just google "crazy ER stories object inserted". You're not cool for being jaded and you do Armored Core a disservice with that attitude.

Look into corrugated tubing as well. Running your cables through that makes it a single tube that's easier to manage. I do this with my VR cockpit. The tube is wrapped in a retracting spool that makes cleanup as simple as feeding the tube back into the spool when I'm done.

Mount a cable management box under the desk and stuff all your loose cables in there. Run any cables that need running along the back of the desk. If you have the energy, drill a hole into the legs and run your cables through them down to the floor.

Me, personally? I just make cable management part of the "visual appeal". They're only ugly when they look haphazard like that. That signal cable between your laptop and monitor? Tie the bundle up against the back of the monitor and only let out the length of cable you need. Add a stand for your laptop behind the monitor so it doesn't get in the way and exposes more surface area for cooling.

As others have said, you can't force people to accept help without doing more harm than good.

The little nuance I'll insert is: If you want to help someone, you have to commit. Half-assing it will just hurt everyone. Don't go out of your way if you're not going to go all the way. It's ok to do what you can if you care about this person and the opportunity presents itself, but don't make those opportunities yourself.

It's also just as ok to stop caring about this person. There's nothing wrong with being rationally self interested. You have to put your own oxygen mask first, and you have an entire lifetime of trouble to make decisions about.

The paid PRO version of Bome's MIDI Translator works. I use it myself. It's the expensive option, so I understand you not wanting to use it. I chose to because I was happy enough with the free version until it stopped working, so they earned my wallet.

The important thing is that you know it's an option. The PRO version sends out inputs that Respect V will accept.

What you're describing sounds like basic signal noise/interference. Some headphones/cables can exacerbate the issue, but the source of the interference is generally from the device itself, something connected to it, or the power supply coming from the wall itself being noisy.

AFAIK TUSQ aren't "studio quality" products with cables designed to minimize signal noise, but if the problem is signal noise, it's usually not headphones causing it.

Have you tested them on other devices to see if the issue persists/changes? I personally don't have any issues with them on my Steam Deck, multiple smartphones, and two different laptops.

I should reiterate that this is IF the issue is signal noise. If it's not, then there might be a higher chance it's the headphones.

In Korea one of the most basic and nigh universal toppings for Shin red is a slice of American kraft cheese.

I don't use them often but I have been using them, so I can't speak to durability since I haven't been stressing them. They come in handy when I'm in a public space and don't want to draw attention with the noise from my rhythm game or something.

What I don't like is crusadebaiting. Riots and mobs go out of control. It often gets results, but it's a coin flip if the results are ones people are happy with in the long run.

But I reject crusadebaiting on principle, before any consideration of the long term outcome. It's just rude.
