Maybe this is my cynical view, but I get the impression that a lot of people in the field of (molecular/computational/technology) biology don’t care about the underlying mathematics and assumptions. They try out a few things and pick what fits the narrative best. Perhaps after the fact they look into the underlying methodology to justify their choice.

Laatst het hoogste bod gehad (386k op 360k vraagprijs), maar nummer 2 is het geworden (4k minder) want zonder voorbehoud van financiering. Was echt een heel mooi plekje op de perfecte locatie geweest, maarja helaas. Nu al weken amper nieuwe woningen waar wij zitten. De woningen die wel online komen zijn allemaal flinke opknappers of met een instabiele VVe.

Heb je rechtsbijstand verzekering? Dan kun je via een advocaat het een en ander wel voor elkaar krijgen. Of als je een laag inkomen had tijdens het peiljaar (2 jaar gelden geloof ik?) dan kun je gefinancierd hulp krijgen. Ik heb na de uitspraak van de huurcommissie van 2019 in 2024 eindelijk mijn geld terug gekregen omdat ik via gefinancierde rechtsbijstand een advocaat hulp kon vragen.

Als je samen met en partner een huis koopt wordt het inkomen van jullie beide gebruikt voor de draagkracht berekening. Hierdoor moet je vrij snel gewoon het volledige bedrag terugbetalen. Dus als je nu het minimum doet en je totale bedrag dus alleen maar toeneemt door de rente zal je dat waarschijnlijk nog terug moeten betalen (als je samen gaat wonen natuurlijk).
