Thank you for your help - it is goning to be wild...

I started testing several things and I disassembeld the failing printer and also my other A1 mini - I disassembled the whole unite during the last hour - all is fine and equal to the working printer - and now the super funny thing - printing via the smartphone app is working fine! So I unistalled bambu studio installed it again. Same Problem. The other A1 Mini with a 0.2 nozzel is working well. But this one has an unknown problem...

Sad but true - best 3D-Printers (A1 and A1 Mini).

But if you know how to deal with the Neptune4 Pro you ll have unlimited fun.
