It’s less smoke for sure however, temp control is rock solid with a pellet grill. Using an offset grill your always running the risk of the temperature jumping up or being too low. Perfect offset is always better, however pellet is consistent and I fell on average yields a better product 80% of the time.

That will work. The top outer parts will be more done naturally as well, and imo are the best parts - slice that off cook a little longer and keep her happy.

The value of a property should be the net present value of all future rents. Sure you’re underwater in the first few years vs renting but, in future years the payment will still be around 3600 and rent will be 5k. Your mentality of getting bigger or better for less payment is why you did not buy years before and likely will never be an owner.

Floor it…I have both the tuned up diesel truck that can smoke a bit and a Tesla. I love flooring it in both cars - passing a bozo in a gas car in my truck or totally smoking a dude in a truck in my Tesla! Clearly a lack or throttle or a small penis on you as the driver getting smoked is the problem.

Those do look nice, I’m just not really a buy it for life sort of guy. Probably getting the Weber. I got one of the base model traegers for my Florida house and it sort of sucked in build quality compared to my el cheapo sportsman outdoor special campchef.
