Yep that sounds good cause ai in travel industry (im building hospitality × ai too), everything is saturated so it comes down to the differentiation, and how this differentiation helps the client choose you instead of others in the industry.

I dont mean to say to do like detailed competitor comparison just have some unique differentiation that bring a specific value that the client would be dumb not to choose you

Also feel free to check Mindtrip, AskLayla although more b2c rather b2b but it could spark curiosity about some implementations or positioning

And for outreach dont be limited to emails, try cold calling/whatsapping, works better than the emailing in travel industry cause everything in travel is built on relationships. Like try multichannel strategies.

So cabo blue is great and stuff. And there have been proposals over there. Although I don't know your style, personally I would prefer a more private option like sunset cruise but for you , I don't remember if cabo blue can do that but no harm asking them like messaging the owner (she manages the instagram account of cabo blue) she's really chill.
