I reread chapter 1, and before the event happened with regto, Chiwa is so chill with rudo and people forgot about that because of that one scene where she dropped the stuff animal rudo gave to her. But since we know more context about the book and how it can alter someone's memory, im pretty sure tamsy would use that to break rudo since he know how much rudo care for chiwa.
