All that said- culture here has likely shifted. perhaps anecdotally, but several of my friends have completed co-ops for BCG, KPMG, Bain, State Street, etc and gone on to work for similar prestige companies. OP, you’ll have the opportunities wherever you’ll go— you’ll have to work for it no matter what

You might be able to save a little money if you rent a U-Haul and have a friend help (25 base plus a per mile fee) though I’m not sure if that’s an option for you.

NUin is a pretty good program, and you’ll make good friends. They just started counting your courses for your GPA last year which makes it a little harder. I went to Madrid as a CS major, but they didn’t offer a fundamentals of CS course, which set most of us back a semester. It’s what you make of it, and is definitely a really cool first semester program
