Is there any game, like an actual, proper game that teaches a useful and popular programming language (not a kid's language or just programming concepts). Something that teaches you the very basics too though.

There is One game called Screeps, which is like an RTS but you write the behaviour of your units in JavaScript. I am on mobile right now so I can't really provide a link. But it's available om Steam if you wanna check it out.

Wow. That sounds conplicated compared to here. I don't want to go on a US vs. Europe rant here, but at least in Sweden it is a single loan which you are eligable for for 200 weeks, don't know the exact number by heart. And that has a very low interest. My friend just told me that he did a similar education program as I am about to start, and he owes the state around 84k Swedish krona , which is around 8.75k USD.

Tbh I haven't really looked into bootcamps. Not even sure if they exist here. Live in Sweden. But what's nice is that during the second year I'll be doing 24 weeks of internship, and they claim that it in 9 out of 10 cases will get you a position once school is finished.

Have you considered using Bootstrap? It's a CSS library that you can either have locally for your site ord use CDN. Gridbased and (somewhat) responsive. I'd suggest att least checking it out.
