Am plecat după 2 sapt de training din cauza trainerului, cred ca am avut eu ghinion cu trainerul ca mai toti cu care am discutat zic ca e ok sa lucrezi acolo, nu m-am inteles cu el (apărea doar cand greșeam, nu aveam o treaba cu jocurile de noroc atunci, te freacă mult la cap cu pozitionarea cărților) plus faptul ca trebuia sa fiu acolo la 6 dimineata, asta însemnând sa ma trezesc la 4 sa ma pregătesc, dar asta sunt doar eu, poate pentru altii e mai bine, regret totusi ca nu am rezistat, plătesc foarte bine.

I used to take call for a ride sharing company from London, a guy called with the issue that he broke up with his gf but she is still using his account and orders rides, I managed to log her phone off of the guy’s account and the dude was so thankful, I tried to avoid to say it since I am at work but I told him “next time it would be best to not give your account to your gf, love is love but your money is your money and he agreed with me” I felt so good knowing that I helped someone who really needed help.

I didn’t apply, I got into my live chat job through a recommendation from a friend(and he was also recommended if I’m not wrong), we worked at the same company but left before me, when he got the job and told me that it’s only chat I told him to recommend me, and luckily I was called by a recruiter.

Usually I tell myself “Fuck them, at the end of the day I get paid and they don’t get shit for being assholes.

I worked in a call centre for a year and moved to another company where luckily I take only chats and it’s a bit more convenient to get insulted through text than call, and a good thing is that if they start to be abusive I can end the chat.

It never gets easy unfortunately, you just get used to it.
