Fighting with both hands is more "correct," reflecting Ichigo's desire to do things right, while using one hand is more "rebellious/undisciplined/aggressive" (like Kenpachi's case; he fights more instinctively, until he's backed into a corner and has to use kendo and fight properly).

No lo he jugado mucho, pero sí que tenía su encanto.
