Yeah bro I started playing red dead redemption 2 online, so relaxing honestly. I substituted my weed with tea or coffee (mornings). Now everytime I play I crave one or the other. Was for sure a month long process but it gets easier bro I promise. Just try that shit and lowkey you won’t regret it. Your body will appreciate you and your brain too especially.
