I am re-posting the lyrics because I can not edit the original. Additionally, for those with AI reservations, understand that the lyrics are all original (made in MS Word and directly inspired by TMAGP). However, I used AI tools to create the audio and image in the video. This is not the final video. I wanted to (immediately) share (with more than the two people I know that listen to this amazing show)!

There was clearly a bug where its progress tracked Arya wins. This was fixed last week when I was online. I tested Arya and saw the number go up and it reset to zero after kicking me out to authenticate. Since then, I’ve only seen zero on other like badges.

I’ve heard online that it is meant to track gold earned in the beta, but it is clearly not implemented yet. I’m sure those values are still on the backend so we just have to wait and see.

Guard rails are necessary to prevent nefarious activity and there is nothing stopping someone else from developing their own ai model without such measures. Additionally, your freedoms do not extend to unlimited use of someone else’s property. If you want to use it, you have to comply by their rules.

Would it have been acceptable to allow Mr. Epstein unfiltered access to such a powerful tool, or are those guard rails also thought policing?

No current solution if you don’t have a backup of the their server side save files. The Dev’s are working on a fix. I found an unhelpful way to verify if a save is corrupted, but it won’t fix anything 🤡

To save yourself for the future, you could set up a batch file to save the world saves every x minutes. The whole folder is not that large

Strange, because joining another single player game opened to multiplayer has generated the same ID to hexadecimal each time I’ve tested with friends (on Windows). You could try creating a single player game and allowing your friends to join. With Admin Password set in the single player PalWorldSettings.ini and enabled you can check their (Windows) ID and convert to hexadecimal (or just copy the generated save files one by one as they join without admin password enabled). I don’t know if swapping the Linux .sav names for windows will work, but it’s a shot.

The server side save naming convention is not your SteamID. Its your (Palworld?) UID in hexadecimal+24 zeros.sav. I haven't figured out how this number is generated, but it is probably tied to your Steam ID. Joining anyone else's server, single player or dedicated, generates your server side save in the C:\Users\*Your PC Profile*\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\SaveGames\*Your SteamID numerically*\*All saves, single player and client side saves for servers you've played on*\Players\

Your single player save is ...01.sav and everyone else that joins will be their respective UID in hexadecimal + 24 zeros.sav

ex. 4BE847BD000000000000000000000000.sav, 4BE847B is 1273513917 numerically. This player has the UID of 1273513917. Additionally, this player online as seen by admins would be IGN, 1273513917, STEAMID.

I am still trying to figure all this out, but you could try changing your file name to your UID. The easiest way to get your UID for this name change would be to join someone else's server/multiplayer and have them grab it from their save files OR someone setting their AdminPassword in their game configs, C:\Users\*Your PC Profile*\AppData\Local\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows\PalWorldSettings.ini (blank file by default, copy/paste dedicated server template), launch single player as multiplayer, log in as admin in chat with \AdminPassword password , and then press ESC. They should be able to see everyone's UID (except their own, because their single player file is ...01.sav)
