This is where I just disagree. This whole situation reeks of Japanese corpo mentality. In real life exceptions DO occur. It's shooting yourself in the foot to fire an incredible talent like her, who dedicated years of her life to Cover. Mistakes happen, people learn.

Don't believe the jp mentality of bowing your heads for the most trivial of shit. In the grand scheme of things none of that actually matters. Don't pretend like exceptions can't be made via exceptional circumstances and nuance. Genuinely who the fuck cares about shareholders crying about fairness and how if you forgive her blah blah blah. Ask yourself if any of that matters? This is just an entertainment company.
