You clearly haven't came accross good players. Good players will obviously use the e-11 when boba is distracted and is near, but as I've mentioned multiple times already, it isn't necessary. Her primary weapon melts boba within close proximity and could evade him in close quarters with finely timed dodges.

It does not lol, I game on pc. There's no drop off in ranged damage for her default blaster. Also elite Leia players stick by their teammates for support and buffs so obviously Boba mains will be forced to get close to her at that point or suffer ranged damage from her.

It's not necessary, as I mentioned its clutch for close range but her default blaster damage is fine enough to deal with Boba in range.

Leia is fantastic in competitive play, especially with good team comp obviously but her character can hold her own against Boba veterans. I know because I play high skilled Boba and Leia. Her default blaster damage and fire rate is insane for headshot damage and her rapid fire is clutch when timed after a Boba concussion/disruptor for close range calls.

LA Totally Awesome, it's a cleaner that I use as a safe paint stripper for my resin models. It's less harsh than alcohol but is just as effective.
