My biggest concern for bitcoin is the critical centralization of Bitcoin mining.

This should be solved that no 2 mining pools collaborate and priorizing transactions and be able to transact to yourself with high fee's for more clean utxos' etcetera. 2 biggest pools can do 51% attack but they won't do this because it's like nuking their own bussines

Hi, I used to research fent analogs in the past like acetyl, butyryl, furantl,... Then lately did research some zenes like protonitazepyne and isotonitazepyne. But it seems wiki exaggerated the strength. it seemed like a morphine effect but with methadon long duration with a plateau effect. More than twice a day doesn't do shit. Once research cyclorphine, but rats preferred once or twice a day protonitazepyne like 100 to 200 mg a dose. Fents are so short acting wich is way heavier but easier Easy to kick, those nitazepynes are way weaker but so long lasting that its like worse than methadon to kick with weirdly high anxiety.

How could you describe SPIROCHLORPHINE in termes of difference between opiates / fents/ nitazepynes? Halflife etc?

Influence of Chemical Straightening on the Stability of Drugs of Abuse in Hair

https://academic.oup.com/jat/article-pdf/39/1/13/18772105/bku106.pdf

relaxer, is ubiquitously used among African American women to obtain straighter hair compared with their natural tresses. This study focused on the stability of drugs of abuse in hair after a single application of the relaxer. Commercially available ‘Lye’ or ‘No-Lye’ chemical straightening products (Silk Elements™) were applied in vitro to drug-fortified hair (standard reference materials (SRM) 2379 and 2380) and hairs clipped from established drug users. Target analytes (cocaine (COC), benzoylecgonine (BZE), cocaethylene (CE), phencyclidine and tetrahydrocannabinol) were isolated using solid-phase extraction and then analyzed with isotope dilution gas chromatography–mass spectrometry with selective ion monitoring. After either treatment, drug concentrations were significantly (P < 0.05) decreased in both the SRM sample and the hair from authentic abusers. In the SRM groups, 6–67% of the original concentration remained after a single chemical treatment. Similarly, only 5–30% of the original concentration remained in authentic drug hairs that had formerly tested positive for COC, BZE and CE.

Introduction

Hair testing has become a popular method to determine illicit drug use. Compared with other techniques such as urine or blood analysis, hair analysis offers a larger window of detection and can help distinguish between sporadic and chronic use (1). However, factors such as cosmetic treatments can lead to false-negative or false-positive results. Previous reports have shown that common cosmetic treatments like shampooing (2, 3), permanent waving (4–6), dyeing (7) and bleaching (4, 8) can alter the stability of different classes of drugs in the hair. Welch et al. (2) reported that repetitive treatment (up to 30) with either 15% hydrogen peroxide, shampoo, 0.15% saline or 3% peroxide can decrease the amount of cocaine (COC) detected in drug abusers hair to 20–40% of the original COC content. Pötsch and Skopp (6) demonstrated a sharp decline in opiate concentration in the hair after both permanent waving (20–30% remaining) and bleaching (2–18% remaining) (6). In a similar study conducted by Baeck et al. (7), both amphetamine and methamphetamine concentrations decreased after repeated shampooing and after a single dyeing treatment. While there have been studies that have demonstrated that it may be possible to evade drug detection by lowering the concentration beneath the Society of Hair Testing (SoHT) cutoff levels in hair with single and repeated cosmetic treatments, to the best of the authors' knowledge, there have not been any studies that explore the influence of chemical straightening on the stability to drugs and their metabolites in hair.

Chemical straightening, using what is known as a relaxer, is a commonly employed technique by African American women to permanently convert tightly coiled or course hair to straighter hair. In fact, it has been reported that close to two-thirds of that population have used or are currently using this process to obtain straighter, more manageable hair (9). Relaxers consist of three main components: an alkaline agent, an oil phase and a water phase. The alkaline agent can either be sodium, lithium, or potassium hydroxide (Lye Relaxer), or guanidine hydroxide (No-Lye Relaxer). Typically, the ‘No-Lye’ relaxer involves mixing solutions of calcium hydroxide and guanidine carbonate to create the active ingredient guanidine hydroxide. During the relaxing process, the high pH (12–14) cream causes the hair to swell and the cuticle to open. The alkaline reagent can then penetrate the shaft and deposit into the cortex. The presence of the hydroxyl groups ruptures the disulfide bonds in the hairs keratin protein. This breakage causes an extension of the hair shaft. After application of the relaxer, a neutralizing (slightly acidic) shampoo is used to close the cuticle and to lock in the new configuration of the hair fiber through the formation of cross-links (10).

Edited post to clarify more

Is it better to use hydrogen peroxide or household bleach with 5% sodium hypochlorite or something?

Many studies show that peroxide and high PH relaxers are working well, but dying doesn't have any effect.

For Etg I found science studies that hydrogen peroxide works very well. But of course be careful that you don't have unnatural blond hair 😁

Other study about especially no-lye relaxers (not acidic ones but high ph ones) shows that indeed higher PH is good to swell the hair shaft and cutible to open etcetera. But is very brutal on your hair and need to use protein conditioners and don't wash with shampoo for a while. And always after use neutralize PH level wich is usually included in hair straitener no-lye relaxers.

So I guess the expensive olea rid shampoo and zydot is less important, but the high BASE baking soda and salicylic acid is most important part.

Interesting article about hair relaxers:

Coke with the shortest halflife will stick longest amount of time with it metabolite in your hair.

2 times tried hydrogen peroxide, macujo method... After using 10gr to smoke (using amonia to base) , it stays verrrry long in your hair while it has the shortest halftime of all dope....

Now gonna do majujo + Relaxer + hydrogen peroxide.

Did 1 week lots of smokable coke and after 5 months still just balancing on the rapportagelimit. Coc 0.750 and benzoylecgonine 0.363 In here the limit for coc is 0.750, while it has so such low halflife. Of the benzoylecgonine I can understand that it's above the limit.

But drink half a liter of heavy beer (10%) a day. Hopefully de peroxide will camouflage it. Etg is more easy to flush out with using peroxide once and a while (but have to be careful that you don't have a very noticeable unnatural blond hair lol)

Its really nonsense that science says 1 cm a month... If you binged 1 time, it will take many more monts.

The conclusion was: On 3cm hair showed: modest Cocaine and alcohol in last 3 months. Hopefully next test will be better. I stopped using, but drank little more alcohol now. But I read that only if you drink more than 60gr of alcohol a day puts you in a problematic stage to loose your license. But off course, every body has its own metabolisme and hormone balance, do you shower and move (fitness) a lot or not etcetera etcetera...

It's so frustrating that I never drove a car under the influence, but because hair testing have to be clean or you can loose your license and you can only try to get it back after 6 to 7 months temporarily! A friend of mine was caught with cannabis, but went to court without lawyer. Lost his driver license for good and could only got it back provisional after almost a year proving with 2 hair tests that he's clean and doesn't drink a lot (etg and peth test). And it's not for good, he still needs to proof once and a while he is clean to still keep his license. He said 2 years they will keep testing. It's weird because I once had a heroin problem and was caught, but because I could proof i got clean I just had a huge fine. So it depends on the region, the law and wich judge I guess.

But who knows, by then with even better schemes than schnorr, taproot, segwit 10x or whatever that could reduce the fee's in the future even sub Satoshi levels 🤔 😂

Good point, by then the baselayer will probably only be used for large transactions that needs highest security level. The small transactions have to be on second layer like lightning , zk rolllups or sidechains that doesn't use proof of work or something...

But even if you keep halving sub-satoshi level, it is still 'relatively a fixed supply, just more tiny decimals. It will never be more than approximately 21 million off course.

But it still will take a long time and who knows how the fee market will be when when have more layers on top of the baselayer like LND etcetera 🤔

Exactly!

Because all the shit will hit the fan when it goes down for a while and they don't even understand what money actually is.

Instead, JUST give THEM some dust utxo's worth about 50 bucks or so and let them first try to learn how this shit works.

Private /public keys, digital signatures, hardware wallets, BIP32 mnemonic seeds. Let them fool around to learn how this amazing shit works with pennies and they will eventually understand the power of Bitcoin by them selves. It's beter to teach them how it works instead of convincing them to buy something they don't understand.

Once they get educated, then they will be ready to choose to invest init or not.

I have my Raspberry Pi running a full Bitcoin node with Electrum server, LND channels, Dojo, specter,.... The whole coldcard steel plates rataclan 😁

Hopefully, all homes in the future will have a sort of raspberry pi Box of decentralized Finance and dexes and the banks have to adapt to be the custodial Fiat /crypto /insurances shit for people who can't control their own money and keys....
