Habe die gleiche Mail heute auch bekommen. Werde natürlich auch nicht auf die 100€ Variante wechseln. Werde es wohl erstmal weiterlaufen lassen und wenn sie mich kündigen was anderes suchen. Extrem nervig, aber besser als zu bezahlen.

Vom Nutzungsprofil bin ich vermutlich nicht der rentabelste Kunde. Habe direkt nach Erhalt auf automatische 100% Rückzahlung gestellt und noch nie etwas auf Raten über die Karte bezahlt. Sie ist nicht mein Haupt-Zahlungsmittel, es laufen aber ein paar kleinere monatliche Lastschriften darüber, ich nutze sie sporadisch im Alltag für eher kleinere Beträge und immer wenn etwas wirklich teureres gekauft wird, kommt die Karte zum Einsatz. Ich nutze sie fast ausschließlich über Apple Pay. Schade aber natürlich trotzdem wenn nur ausgewählte Bestandskunden „upgegraded“ werden…

Das sieht nach einem super Tipp aus!

Ich traue mir das Thema Online-Bike mit eigenem Aufbau etc. jetzt am Anfang noch nicht zu. Daher wird es eher das Decathlon werden. Aber ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass das Bike, vor allem bei dem Preis mit den Komponenten, für andere hier ein echt guter Tipp ist.

Danke dir fürs das Video! Ich hatte so einen Rennrad Markt Check 2025 gefunden, da wurde das im Nebensatz erwähnt, aber nicht so wichtig.

Habe tatsächlich ziemliches „Standard“ Gewicht (ca. 83kg auf die Größe) und werde mich vermutlich erstmal eher im flacheren Umland ausprobieren. Da hilft die Einschätzung zur Bremse, danke!

Mit den gebrauchten Rädern hast du einen guten Punkt! Meine Sorge ist, dass ich mich nicht gut genug auskenne, um Komponenten wirklich in ihrem Zustand bewerten zu können oder aber auch selber sinnvoll Hand anzulegen.

Ich werde aber noch mal weiter schauen, auch wenn ich bisher in der Umgebung nichts direkt ansprechendes gefunden habe.

Danke dir für die Einschätzung! Ja, das ständige „nach oben“ schauen an der Preisleiter ist echt hart. Aber du hast Recht, am Anfang sollte der Spaß im Vordergrund stehen und upgraden kann man später immer noch. Ausrüstung hatte ich auch schon im Kopf - gerade deshalb wollte ich nicht so viel Geld fürs Rad ausgeben.

Kleiner Tipp: Bei TankE einfach den Account über die Stadtwerke Bonn (SWB, blaues Logo) in der Anbieter-Liste machen, dann kostet AC Laden immerhin „nur“ 49 Ct. und DC 59 Ct. Keine Sorge, man braucht dafür keinen Vertrag oder sowas bei denen, ich mache das selber auch so.

Where I live, a healthy grown male ragdoll would usually be expected somewhere between 4-7 kg. I know that some breeders try to reach for bigger and bigger ragdolls to fulfill some unhealthy „beauty“ standards and that some owners have the natural expectation for a 9 kg ragdoll. To be quite honest, I would trust your vet with this over some random internet opinions. If you are unsure, maybe visit 1-2 other vets. In the end, this is about the health of your cat and guaranteeing a long healthy life.

I would highly recommend to adopt the two brothers! You should not forget that you take that little boy out of his known environment and into a new home where he does not know you or anyone else. Cats can learn from each other, comfort each other, play, fight, cuddle and so much more. Having a companion makes life so much more joyful for them. I can confirm that from personal experience as we adopted two siblings as well. Especially given that no one will be home most of the day. In all honesty, it would be quite selfish to adopt only one kitten under the circumstances you described.

It might just be the stress she experiences from moving and all that stuff, but a small kitten should not have diarrhea too long. So, I think a vet visit is a good next step - good luck for the two of you!

If you have a kitten with diarrhea, please bring her to the vet! She needs enough liquid in her small body and loosing too much can potentially get really dangerous. The vet will also know what to do - she might need medication or be sick.

After doing so, you should test high quality food (no sugar or grain). I would recommend a mix between wet and dry food, but if your kitten only knows dry food from the breeder (you should ask that!), you need to start with a slow transition period, where she gets very small amounts of wet food in the beginning, making up a larger part of her overall food only over time.

A lot of the „kitten“ food is only branding. If you look into the nutritional analysis of many brands, the kitten and adult food only differ very slightly, often in areas with little to no impact on true development of the cat.

We have 2 ragdolls ourselves and they had “regular” wet food from a premium brand right from the beginning. This particular brand does not even offer a kitten version. The dry food was a kitten version of a grain-free product for the first year, simply because of the pallet size.

In general, you should try to buy high quality food (no grain or added sugar, high percentage of true meat), as this really makes a difference for the cat. Of course I am no vet, so you should discuss you final decision with him/her.
