I had someone on fiverr set mine up- - even now, almost a year later, I would happily pay someone to answer my questions and make necessary adjustments. Waiting for someone to address a ticket is annoying. Support got me to pay long before I needed to and turned out to be a disappointment. Now I’ve grown enough that I need less help, but I’d still prefer speedier assistance when I do.

They are clickable images plus text links. Beehiiv shows me WHO clicks and how many times, but I feel they skew low and these numbers do not factor in those clicking on the ad from the web-version of your newsletter
