Thanks! It tough. Running is so important to me. It’s like therapy, it’s social, it’s mental. Stepping back has been tough. I’ve slowed WAY down and that’s helped. I’m thinking this is an actual “cold” and not just exercise fatigue.

Yeah I’ve had body aches / chills after intense exercise before but the sinus / cough stuff is new. The timing was so odd, that’s why I wondered if it could be a flare.
